Whatz Diabetes is a diabetes app developed by a Family Nurse Practitioner with the purpose of supporting the diabetic patient to better self-manage their chronic disease. Whatz Diabetes will allow you to track your blood sugars, message and interact with the developer and provider, develop a diabetes action plan, and watch educational videos about diabetes, and links to diabetic resources.
